Free Canberra & Surrounding Areas Delivery
Free local delivery is available to eligible Canberra and surrounding-area postcodes. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
- Most local orders arrive the same day or the next business day.
- Same-day delivery cut-off: 9:00 am Monday–Friday and 12:00 pm on weekends.
- Local orders are delivered by our Canberra team.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, order volume, address availability and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Australia-wide Shipping
- Orders to other Australian destinations are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- After dispatch, delivery generally takes 1–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
- Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
- For PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, please select Australia Post.
Tracking
We send an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched, where tracking is available.
Delivery Issues
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, or if it arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@tinyfab3d.com.au or call 0432 298 382. We will help you contact the carrier and assess the available resolution.
Authority-to-leave deliveries may not include loss or damage cover after the carrier records the parcel as delivered.
