Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) once received.
- An order confirmation will be sent, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when dispatched.
- The shipping method can be selected, and the charges will be calculated at checkout.
- We ship Australia-wide.
- For PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers, choose Australia Post.
Shipping Method
Australia Post (Parcel or Express Post) – tracking and standard insurance coverage provided (generally up to $100). In the rare case your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund (up to $100) once confirmed.
Budget Couriers / Authority to Leave Delivery Options (e.g., Aramex, CouriersPlease, Sendle ATL) no insurance coverage provided. Once tracking indicates Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We’re unable to provide replacements or refunds for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. Selecting an ATL option at checkout confirms your acceptance of this policy.
Need extra cover above $100? Contact us before ordering and we can arrange additional insurance at the carrier’s rate.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
- For insured method (AusPost), we’ll assist and lodge any claim as required.
- For no-insurance methods, claims must be made directly with the courier. We’ll do our best to assist, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
*This policy will not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Incorrect Delivery
- If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, re-delivery fees will apply.

Free Delivery Option - Canberra ONLY
*May you choose other standard shipping methods listed above and fees will be applied according to the method*
Eligibility: Available for delivery to Canberra (ACT) addresses only (include Queanbeyan/Googong/Jerrabomberra/Royalla). PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers are not eligible.
Cost: AUD $0 shipping fee per order.
Method: Local drop-off with SMS notice.
ETA: Typically 1 business day (next business day arrival guarantee).
Authority to Leave: Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address, risk transfers once marked delivered.
Out-of-area orders: If your address is outside Canberra, we’ll switch to a standard shipping method and notify you of any price difference (or cancel upon request).
