Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to apply for a refund

Step1: Email support@tinyfab3d.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Step2: We’ll confirm eligibility and, if approved, send you a return label and packing instructions.

Step3: Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, shipping fees both outbound and return and any payment processing fees are non-refundable. A 50% restocking fee applies to approved items.

Demages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with full details and photos.
  • Please note that burst vacuum bags are not considered a defect.
  • If the item is returned and no defect is found during our testing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Only accept near-full rolls for testing. Partially or nearly empty rolls will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your replacement is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued and we covered the return shipping, this cost will be deducted from your refund.
